Born from a firm
belief.
Smartkids International Montessori opened its doors in 2008, founded by Prerna Mavinkurve — an educator who believed that no child should be shaped to fit a system.
Her vision was simple: create a school where children can remain true to themselves while they learn. Where the curriculum adapts to the child, not the other way around. Where happiness isn't something to be earned after learning — it is at the heart of it.
Years later, that belief continues to guide us. While we've grown in size and strength, our core remains unchanged — Montessori-rooted, NEP Compliant, and unapologetically child-first.
